While originally just “a kid from Akron,” Jacob’s trifecta of being a military brat, pastor, and missionary kid has provided him the opportunity of traveling and living all over the world. Currently, he resides in Michigan with his amazing wife Alicia. Together, they have the privilege of being the parents of 3 and the grandparents of 2. He is the lead campus pastor of the Farmington Hills Campus for Woodside Bible Church. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Kent State University and a Master of Divinity from Calvin Theological Seminary. He is a self-proclaimed Bible nerd, a dedicated Cleveland/Ohio States sports fan, and loves spending time with his family.  However, his greatest passion is helping the church grow in its understanding and love for God, as well as its call to make disciples of all peoples and be a witness to The Gospel of Jesus Christ.
